I RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR £1030.00 I SHOULD OF GOT CHEQUE BUT THOUGHT IT WOULD SAVE CUSTOMER THE HASSLE OF GOING TO BANK, PAY-PAL HAS TAKEN THERE FUNDS BEING £35.22 BUT THEY HAVE PUT £594.78 ON HOLD FOR 29 DAYS, WHEN I PHONE AND GET THROUGH THEY DO NOT TALK TO ME AND JUST PUT PHONE DOWN,WHEN I DID EVENTUALLY GET THROUGH AFTER TRYING FOR A WEEK EVERY DAY, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER HE JUST PUT PHONE DOWN ON ME ALSO, ITS A BLOODY FARCE AND SO FRUSTRATING, I PHONED EVERY NUMBER CUSTOMER SERVICES,HR,COMPLAINTS,HEAD OFFICE,ACCOUNT HELPLINE,BUT NO ONE ANSWERED, HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS PPL LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE GOT AWAY TO LONG AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO GET DONE I AM SO ANGRY I FELL LIKE GOING TO HEAD OFFICE IN LONDON.
