Hi Thanks for that reply, the original categories to resolve the problem didn't allow for me to highlight a problem with refunds in the resolution centre. Therefore i reported it as an unauthorised payment, hoping that it would start some sort of rapport between me and paypal/house of fraser. When I click on the transaction I would like to report I receive this message and am unable to continue: Unable to complete your request We're unable to file a case for this transaction. You can contact Customer Service for further queries. I have only been able to speak to a voice activated response through the paypal customer service number thus far (Not a human being). Is it worth me taking this up with my bank? Despite the fact I payed via paypal? Has anyone had any luck with a problem similar to this? Many thanks!
