Two months ago I purchased a cell phone and a USB cable from a seller who ships from Holland. On Oct.28th I paid through my PayPal account $49.88. After more than 10 days the seller did not furnish shipping information. I logged a complaint. In light of this seller provided a shipping/ tracking code via www.17track.net/en. In the mean time Paypal advised me that if I did not escalate the case will be closed and I may not be able to reopen it. Since the seller provided shipping info, I saw no need to escalate. Yesterday, two months after payment was received by the seller, I received a package containing a USB cable. All along I have been asking for a refund due to the seller's lack of responsiveness. I reported somehow unauthorized action, but I did not mean to suggest that I did not authorize the payment. I did authorize payment but I did not receive the goods purchased. I have written and reported to Paypal several times already and provided both Paypal and the seller with a photo of packet content. Paypal denied my claim of unauthorized payment. They are correct on this, as I have admitted. But does it absolve the seller from delivering the goods purchased? That I can not accept. The lack of shipping code is a closed case, but the code is meaningless when your packet arrives empty with a USB cable only. The lack of delivery of goods purchased should not be a closed case. However, as I open the resolution center to see if my new case is listed I find none. All I want is the device I purchased and paid for or my money refunded back to me.
