Hi,
I have been sending emails and calls about this issue where I can't withdraw my money into my bank account. I called and then I was told to upload my ID and bank statement for bank verification. There was no response.
Dear PayPal, is there such procedure where your staff request those documents from the client? I am fed up with that as there was no response after a few emails. This is my 4th email and 5 calls were made.
Please respond as there is an urgent transaction that I need to do.
