Hi as the title suggests I am fairly new to buying and selling on eBay. I have had a buyer raise a dispute with me and looking for a refund. I am happy to do so but am a bit unsure of the process. I know to go through the resolution centre to issue the refund but my concern is that I do not have enough money in my account to cover the refund and the payment from the buyer that was on hold is no longer showing when I log in to PayPal. Even if the payment had cleared and was in my actual PayPal balance, because of fees, I would not have enough to cover the full amount. Would the refund include my PayPal balance then make up the rest from my account or would it have to be paid entirely from one or the other?
