One of my secondary email addresses is being used on an account that I did not create. I keep receiving emails related to the account.
I have had no success getting PayPal to take the issue seriously. I have reported the emails as fraud, spam, and spoof email, to no avail. I have used the contact centre to complain about the issue, and they have done nothing.
I don't know how it's possible that they are allowing this person to conduct transactions with my email account. It is just baffling.
At this point I'm about ready to close my actual account, because I feel that PayPal is not taking me seriously.
