Hi i bought 2 items from a company 1 washipped and arrived i was told the second was could be delayed for up to 3 weeks that was 6 weeks ago last week i asked for a refund on the item as it hadn't been shipped ,but was told it was too far into the process to be canceled the items are listed separately on my paypal receipt but the shipping is listed as 1 ,however the cost of each items shipping is different will i still be able to lodge a dispute as the company is trying to stall giving a refund
