Any help would be appreciated In May this year, I saw an advert on this site for a lounge chair https://mayoky.myshoplaza.com/products/high-quality-lounge-with-cushion?variant=0b280e2b-7204-4a45-82cb-642eab656d26 However, I never received it or did not think I had one day through the post a flat parcel arrived and when I opened it all was in there was a knee rest so I thought it must be a free gift that I had applied for? When I had not received the Lounge chair weeks after I put a dispute to PayPal and it took them a couple of months before I got a reply to my astonishment the seller "China" won the case saying the item had been delivered, I then called PayPal support and said the only thing I had received was knee support for when you are gardening so they reopened the case however when I try and look at the case in the resolution centre it throws up an error.
