Hi Our business account was put "under limitation" for no reason at all. I've supplied the documents and it has been over 3 weeks since doing this. When I go to the resolution centre and try to Report a problem, it just goes to a transaction history and says there are no transactions. I emailed through the form 2 weeks ago and have no received any reply. I've called and sat on hold for over an hour and gave up assuming it was just an endless loop. How do I get my account unlocked or someone to at least contact me?
