On 08/01/2018 I sold somebody a product and after they received the product they paid for 16 minutes later they file an "unauthorized payment" claim and PayPal gives them their money back even though it wasn't unauthorized. I have been calling them everyday several times for the past 11 days and they put me on hold then hang up on me after I've been sitting for 20-30 minutes. I've only been able to speak to an agent 4 times and none of them have been able to help me appeal this mistake that PayPal has made. I've sent emails providing evidence that they received what they paid for and I still haven't heard from PayPal at all. If anybody knows how I can talk to somebody who can help me and not somebody who's going to tell me "go to the message center and send us a message we will never respond to" "send us an email we will never respond to" or "let me transfer you to the department that will put you on hold for half an hour then hang up" it would be greatly appreciated.
