I'm getting repeated messages from Paypal (the original email headers only have legit Paypal addresses) saying that a payment to a local service provider, with which I do business, can't go through because of a problem with my credit card.
Point one: I have no outstanding invoice to be paid. I just verified that with the service provider.
Point two: my credit card is in good standing. I am not out of credit or blocked in any way.
What's going on here?
