Hi, I recently purchased a TV online using PayPal as payment method. Since then i have been told by the seller they do not have the TV i bought. They also haven't given me a refund and now won't respond to emails. The seller is nearly impossible to contact by phone or email so i opened a dispute in the PayPal resolution center a week ago. Since then PayPal hasn't responded to my dispute and i am currently trying to get in contact with PayPal on the phone for the second time and have been on hold for over an hour. Does anyone know if there's anything i can do? Any help would be much appreciated.
