I am unable to get through to an agent over the phone, despite trying over multiple days and times (Kept being told by an automated message that there are no agents available outside of working hours, despite always calling within work hours).
I have also tried the manual transaction resolution method, which could not go ahead as the transaction was still pending to be taken out of my account.
My issue is, that I have bought a return label through UPS, of which I paid using PayPal, and my account has the amount reduced, yet UPS failed and I never got a confirmation of the purchase.
I believe the payment is stuck in the 'void', as UPS has no records of it, and I cannot access the amount through my wallet.
I have previously contacted UPS and they explained to me that they hold no previous record of the transaction of my account and I should get in contact with PayPal - (As written prior, I was unable to).
I hope someone can point me in the right direction to solve this issue.
