Respectable Paypal Community, I need help from the Paypal moderators, better if Italian. We have developed a big project started three years ago. The project is now complete and having chosen Paypal as the only payment method, we need to speak with a technician to verify the feasibility of our request. After conversation with the paypal salesmen who evaluated our project with particular interest, they told us to contact the techsupport of paypal through the link https://it.paypal-techsupport.com/app/ask. The 6 August we opened the ticket 180806-000042, asking for an answer as soon as possible. Currently we have not received an answer or a call. We do not claim anything, but at least know if: - you are evaluating the request and its feasibility - there is someone who has read the ticket in question and is dealing with it - you are on vacation and the ticket will be managed later - you do not care or you can not do anything - we have to write in English because the support only manages tickets in English We look forward to your feedback Best Regards
