So, I received an account limitation message from the PayPal community. It requested me to upload my photo id(that I did) and then my credit card statement(that I also did) After a few moments I received an email saying that both of my documents have been rejected now I called the customer care number there they said that my photo id is acceptable but they can't find my credit card statement acceptable as it doesn't have my name. I requested my representative Kabir to check it and he said yeah he can find my name on it and the issue will be resolved asap and I don't have to worry about it at all.
Next morning I received an email saying that I still have to upload my statement again. And no one is picking up the phone or replying to the emails.
It's getting kinda annoying now please try to resolve this issue now PayPal.
