Around 2 months ago or so I had paid for a serivce which was advertised to perform to a certain level of profitability, long story short, it did for the first week and a half or so and then after that it wasn't too long before I encountered some serious financial losses using it to the point where I felt at serious risk if I continued using it so I asked for my money back, since I had every right to, ofcourse it takes paypal less than two days to deny my request with the most ridiculous and absurd of arguments and I quote " We received the claim(s) you filed on 15 April 2019. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s)." This is unprofessional, I paid with my money and was offered protection, which I am now trying to actually use to aid some of my losses and I'm actually denied using it. Whoever is responsible for this I advice you to look at my request again.
