I am returning a Note 8 that I purchased due to the fact that it is a Sprint phone and not a Verizon phone it was listed as (Significantly Not as Described). Aside from taking pictures of the phone before I send it, how else can I show proof that the phone is in the original condition? In addition to providing tracking, how else can I make sure the buyer receives it? He has a reputation of denying packages. Any and all help is appreciated.
