In my business account I have created a button to collect paid reservations for an event. I have checked the box for "Can your customer add special instructions in a message to you?" I have entered the custom text "Telephone Number & Guest Names:" When I go through the order process using my personal account, I am not presented with the Additional Information box, my payment simply went through after clicking "Pay Now" at the bottom of the page. Can you help me understand why, or how to fix? I can provide the button code if that's an okay thing to do, but I don't want to get into giving people refunds should actual orders be placed.. I've not used the sandbox, could I share out sandbox code?
