Paypal has asked me to make a shipping label for a return, but due to this transaction being in an open case, I do not have the option of creating one in the Activity page. How can I do this?
Also, how can I contact PayPal about an open claim, where information was missed on Paypal's behalf? I told them seller guareenteed free shipping on return is the goods is not to my satisfaction and that their products were what their pics were, which they were not. I did tell PayPal this in the claim, but it seems like they have missed that, even on the site I have linked for them. Company was said to be based in UK, turns out they are based in China, which will make shipping costs through the roof.
