NEED URGENT HELP!!!!! I have an open case, where I agreed with the seller to send back the item I received (Case # PP-007-090-560-601), but seller is unwilling to pay for the shipment, for me to return the item to China is costing more than the item itself 😞 I have been trying to get in contact with somebody at PAYPAL without success, I am really disappointed with your customer service, no phone available to call for a world class company, I can't believe it! I tried to fix the issue through the resolution center, but the system doesn't allow me to do anything there.
