Hello! so i recently purchased an item from a seller however i couldnt add in the shipping address during payment. The seller kindly agreed to manually add in the shipping address. So i do not have a tracking number. however, when i asked the seller the tracking number, the seller got annoyed and started snapping at me and has decided to intercept my package. since i do not have the tracking number, I do know the seller has shipped the item or has intercepted the package already. In such a case, if the seller has intercepted my package without replying to my messages or returning my money and since i do not have the usps tracking number, how can paypal help me in returning my entire funds back?
