Hi There I am using Woocommerce on my web store to sell hair and beauty products. I have had an order placed and it was immediately put on pending. I created a test product and tested this further. There are known issues around the shopping cart not receiving the IPN from PayPal, I worked through these to no avail. All orders are placed 'Pending'. Woocommerce technical help were also at a loss to why the issue is happening as the IPNs are being sent. The payments are set to paid within 72 hours. As the Buyer I get this message from PayPal: Your payment is temporarily pending. After an initial review, we found that your payment may not be in agreement with our Acceptable Use Policy. Because of this, we need to put this payment on hold until we can make sure it meets our requirements. Login to your account for details You don't need to do anything now. We'll contact you within 72 hours with the outcome of our review. We're sorry for any inconvenience. For more information, see goods or services regulations. Yours sincerely, PayPal What on earth does this mean? "your payment may not be in agreement with our Acceptable Use Policy" This is the message I get as the Seller: We've placed a temporary pending status on this transaction. This transaction is no longer pending and the funds have been released to your account balance. Thank you for your patience. Yours sincerely, PayPal Makes absolutely no sense what so ever. In the same email, it states the payment is 'pending' and 'no longer pending'. However the payment is certainly pending.
