I bought a second hand head unit for my vehicle from Ebay in the first week of April this year - cost £75 - said item was duely delivered and fitted two weeks later due to family holiday by a professional auto electrician and worked initially .
However after a couple of weeks the unit touchscreen is now totally unresponsive and after calling out the same auto electrician i am told that it is officially dead.I have messaged the seller via Ebay numerous times - no response - i have sent numerous SMS to the seller - no response - i have tried ringing the seller numerous times - no response ????????
I realise the unit was second hand but even buying second hand the consumer still has rights ? £75 is a chunk of change in anyones's pocket and for that price i would expect an item to last longer than a few weeks ?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
Charlie
