Hello My account was hijacked las june 9th, and someone used it to buy some items fraudulently. I flagged the transaction and paypal agreed it was fraudulent and informed that they would return ths money to my account. In the meantime, paypal tried to pull funds from my bank account to cover the expenses from the fraud payment. I had already told my bank to refuse any payment to paypal, because I did not want to have any problem with future reimbursements into my bank account. Now nothing has happened, I am still on the red and paypal does not answer my emails. I want to close my account but I cannot do it since paypal is not returning me the money from the fraudulent transaction. Amazing customer care...
