Has anyone had luck talking to a human at PayPal? I've been getting the run around for almost 6 weeks now.
My original dispute, which gave the unresponsive seller until today to respond, has completely disappeared without explanation. My followup email now shows as a new dispute and has until July 23 for the seller to respond. There is no point of contact for emailing about this. I tried calling. System 'errors' bumped me off the call 3 times. I tried demanding the robo-voice give me an 'agent.' Was told I'd get a call back in 30-40 minutes. I think the auto system tried to call me, but I picked up the ringing phone to an auto voice saying, again, 'system error.' What the hell is going on??? I've been trying to get $ back for 6 weeks now on an item I ordered in APRIL that never got shipped.
