Hello, I am not satisfied with the work of Russian support of PayPal. There is a suspicion that they do not care about the users. In particular, there is a dispute, during which an employee of Paypal who considered the dispute decided to close it without giving me the opportunity to return the goods to the seller. In the course of the dispute, I attached all the evidence that the goods do not correspond to the description that the seller indicated. Nevertheless, the dispute was closed without the possibility to return the goods. I believe that this is the negligence of the employee of Russian support of Paypal and this employee should be fired. Moreover, I believe that in the Russian division of Paypal it is necessary to put the head of the unit the American citizen. I wrote several times in support and never received any intelligible answer about the incident. All their answers are standard. They don't care.
