hi, so i'm trying to dispute a transaction that i made through depop which uses paypal as their tender service.
i ordered an item from a seller and never got it, messaged seller, no reply.
so now i have to open a dispute case to get a refund
however when im in the resolution centre i'll click on the transaction and when i hit continue my ONLY option on the next screen says "i want to report unauthorized activity, Report suspicious activity, transactions and account changes you didn’t authorize." which is not what i want, i just want to dispute the transaction and get a refund....
can anyone assist me with this?
this is also my first time disputing a transaction via PP so i also don't really know what i'm doing.
