My account has been permanently limited for seemingly "breaking acceptable use" policy when I know I haven't.
I haven't used this account to sell anything illegal, I haven't done any multi-level marketing schemes or basically anything that break the law or rules. I have tried asking what I can do to get my account back or what I did specifically to cause this but I have received no answers from either the email (i just go an automatic messaging saying my account is limited and nothing else) and not even the people on the phone knows what I did to warrant this.
This is unacceptable. This is my money you guys are messing with and I'm beyond **bleep** right now. All I want is an actual explanation and what I can do to get my account back.
