Hi I ordered something that never arrived almost 4 months ago, so i opened a dispute and when i did not hear from the seller i escalated it. I escalated it a month ago and i still have not gotten any answer. Meanwhile the seller promised to refund if i close the dispute, but the paypal website is so broken that i cannot even close the claim. Ive tried contacting the paypal, but all i get is automated email responses. Also calling is not the best option, because english isnt my first language. So what more can i do?
