I have an open dispute for payment to a shop that wasnt on ebay, the shop was given a week to respond to my claim and resolution centre said paypal would examine the case after they have responded. A week has passed, shop has not responded and paypal have not re-examined or refunded me.
I cannot seem to find any way of contacting paypal, or adding messages to the case to get them to do something.
Is my only option to phone paypal directly? I cant even find a number for them and contact us sends me round in circles.
