I only began selling own collectible stuff on Ebay 5 and half weeks ago. For me,PayPal held funds on first 3 or 4 transactions ( I do recall these mailed out with del confirmations, because dollar amounts ranged $15-$25 ) in the first week. They later sporadicly lifted the temp-hold on my account without given me a reason.I found out about it when I received e-mail notification payments read " PayPal instant payments received " during second week. That continued to 3rd week and first half of 4th week. Then, all of sudden I received an official e-mail from PayPal ( read below ) on 5/13.Since that day,PayPal has been holding funds on every single transaction regardless of dollar amounts. This is VERY FRUSTRATING for me.I wish PayPal could pinpoint a specific problem so I can fix my ways of doing business on Ebay. In deciding whether to apply payment holds, we review many factors including transaction activity, business type, and customer disputes.
