I filed a dispute against Golden frog for charging my credit card on April an annual subscription. The issue was not the payment itself, I have nothing against Golden Frog or their service, the problem is that I did not authorize them to automatically charge my credit card. So after checking the pre-approved payments, I contacted PayPal during that time, I did not file a dispute because I was using golden frog service, I was only concerned about how the payment was authorized. But I did not get a response. So Last week, I thought maybe it is better to file an official dispute so that they might look in to this issue, today I was told by paypal that on Feb 08, 2018 I did subscribe and that I am not eligible for a refund, and that now they did cancel this subscription!
The problem is that I can not find this subscription in my records or account. I checked my paypal history, pre-approved payments, and my email inbox and I was not able to find this subscription...
What shall I do now?
