Hi, I have a problem and I do not know how to solve it. I want to send my step-son a sum of money from my account, but I cannot do it. Every time I try to do it, I get a message saying ”We can’t complete this transaction. The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more info to lift the limit.” Did you face such issues? How can I solve this? Thank you in advance for any idea. All the best, Monica
