Anyone have any luck in getting an account limitation removed recently? I submitted the required information 5 WEEKS ago, and still NOTHING.
The system says that I have given all required information, as do the customer service reps. 5 WEEKS!!
Customer service says that they can't escalate nor even contact the "compliance" team.
Anyone lucky recently with contacting the compliance team??
