Hello, Paypal costumers service centre. I bought an item from facebook group a month ago and the seller is a cheater. He didn't ship the item to my address and the receiver name is actually not my name. He shipped the item to an address 10 kilometres away from me which is not my delivery address and the item was collected by a person who named James in a royal mail delivery office by royal mail card and James is not me. I opened a case that I don't receive the item and the seller updated a fake tracking number so the case was closed by Paypal system. After that, I called paypal customer service centre for a help and the stuff said the case will open again because the address and name are different from my order and I will get my refund in 7 working days if the seller doesn't update any new documents. But 4 days ago, my PayPal case closed again and I don't know why. I called PayPal number again this time the attitude of stuff was very rude. She said my item was in delivery office and that office is not far away from my home. I really don't understand how 10killmetres is not far. I wake up 6 am and take 1and half hours to go to that delivery office by underground and train. And I got the documents from royal mail to prove that at the beginning, the seller asked royal mail to deliver the item to a wrong address and the receiver who collected the item is not me and the item was collected. I have updated all the documents from royal mail to prove I don't receive the item and at the beginning, the seller didn't want to ship the item to me which means he is a cheater. But today I receive the email from paypal which said the tracking number is valid and my appeal is failed. I really don't understand why the tracking number is valid because the delivery address and receiver are actually different from mine. The item is an expensive item valued 1033 euro. Plz help me !!!
