Hmmm, I seem to have missed that point in my original post. Buyer #1 has paid. Twice, in fact. The second time was because I asked her to try again, thinking that something must have been wrong with her payment (even though on the eBay item page it said payment had been initiated and there was a "claim your payment" link). I'd never been asked to claim a payment before, and when I clicked on that (making sure, of course, that the link actually went to eBay or PP before I clicked!), I reached my PP account, however there was no payment from this buyer waiting for me there. Buyer #2 has paid, based on the fact that there is a "claim your payment" button on that eBay item page too, as well as in MyEbay. (There is a "claim your payment" button in MyEbay for the other item too.) So yes, they both seem to have paid. My question is why isn't PP operating as it (apparently) should, based on the quote I posted in my original question (which was copied directly from the PP site) ... and, more importantly, How Can I Obtain My Payments Without Nagging My Customers Who Have Already Paid?
