I have been working for a client, creating a website. The website is almost complete and the client has submitted an escalated claim, this is due to a relationship breakdown and not through lack of work. Obviously, I am now out of pocket and Paypal is asking for me to add funds, the case is still being reviewed by Paypal.
I have found it totally impossible to to find an email address or any other way for me to contact Paypal and submit image and video evidence of works which have been completed, yet these are the works the client is saying have not, the basis of his fraudulent claim.
I am tryign to ascertain any information where I can do just that, and better support my claim that this individual is actually trying to pull a fast one.
The message center does not allow me to operate it and as I am only a mobile user, calling paypal from Latvia is rather expensive, calling is not sufficient obviously, when trying to submit evidence.
Can anyone assist and can anyone give an indication on what paypal does to confirm that a buyer is acting in a bad way
