I'm just SO MAD with paypal right now! Lately, my client send the payment to my old account and the old account doesn't have USD function, I can't withdraw it in my local post office bank, it's not a BANK but post office with TWD. I haven't log in the old account and my old phone number changed, so the money stuck in my old account!
Since I live in Taiwan, I asked the client to fax my passport to PayPal company, I asked if PayPal can help me with phone changing, they asked me to provide any identification documents in order to see if I am the same person. So I did as they say, but eventually I got answer from them below,
" We're happy to let you know that the following case was decided in your favor. Any hold on this transaction has been removed.
This claim does not qualify for a refund because it does not meet our definition of Significantly Not as Described. This case is now closed, but we still encourage you to work directly with your buyer to find a resolution. "
So what the **bleep**? I wrote them in detailed messages and i provide my passport to them but eventually I still get rejected, I just hope they can refund the client and client send me the payment to my current USD account, but they don't do any HELP! So I want to write here if anyone has the same experience? What can I do? Should I take it to court or not? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
