How can I successfully get a limited power of attorney to PayPal? My team at my employer is having issues sending our power of attorney documents to speak about PayPal accounts for fraud disputes. We have even sent the LPOA to the fax directly in the Limitations department. We keep getting transferred around the call centers and given several fax numbers and every time we call in they don't have the LPOA on file.
So, how in the world does PayPal work with other companies and or lawyers? The call center tells us to use the resolution center. Obviously I am not going to ask my client's for their login information to do this dispute. Any suggestions? It's really disappointing a company this large cannot find the faxes and certified mail with personal information in it.
