Hello. I opened a dispute with a seller in China due to a faulty product, and PayPal has determined I'm eligible for a refund if I return said product. They require that I give them a tracking number. So I went to the post office and was told tracking numbers for China are extremely expensive (the cheapest options are costlier than the product price itself!). They suggested I get a customs number, which will track the package until it clears customs in China, but not all the way to the seller. Does anybody know if this will work for PayPal's purposes?
