1. I'm still waiting on a refund/any kind of status update for shipping reimbursement on a PayPal purchase I returned, I believe it has been more than 5 business days at this point.
2. I have to say that your team running your Twitter account is the equivalent of firefighters arriving to put out a fire when the fire already burned down the building. First time I contacted them a few weeks ago they said there was backlog due to the Memorial Day (US) holiday, second time I contacted them regarding a different issue they never even responded to me. Frankly, it seems like they are asleep at the wheel.
