It is my first time to withdraw my PayPal balance and transfer this to my BDO account. This has been a nightmare to me because until now the money has been credited to my account yet. And worst, PayPal has not responded to my queries properly. I sent messages via message center and to my surprise I am getting auto reply, like seriously?
I made a mistake because my bank name does not match my PayPal name. I already called the bank and told me that I should coordinate with PayPal but why PayPal has not notified me about this? I transferred the payment more than 1 week already, should PayPal notify me that the transaction failed?
PLEASE HELP.
PS: Why PayPal community forum exists? Do PayPal has no customer service and real employee to answer all customers concerns? So customers will discuss and figure things out on our own through forums and discussion?
Sorry just very frustrated and why I have to get through all of this.
