Help! Can I contact PayPal about something which isn't exactly what appears on their listed set of possible issues? They're missing something. Email says don't reply and the Resolution Center has my issue all wrong.
PayPal Credit is a cool service in theory, but I just tried it out and it didn't go so well. I selected PayPal CREDIT as my preferred payment type and then made a purchase on Airbnb again selecting PayPal CREDIT as the payment type. The full amount came straight out of my bank account and there is no way to address this, seriously? The resolution options in 'Help' 'Issues' and 'Contact Us' are a predefined set of issues which doesn't include this scenario. I submitted a case in the resolution center, but I had to choose an issue which isn't accurate (they think I want to report a double charge, and have failed to recognize the real issue, hmm...).
