To cover off a travel agent chargeback of £1k on my PayPal account, I transferred £1k to the PayPal bank account provided by PayPal. Five days later it has not appeared in my PayPal account. I have contacted PayPal and provided the payment details (incl. the TT reference) but the people answering the messages do not read them and instead keep giving me answers about the original chargeback (that I have accepted and not asked about in days). So currently I have £1k less in my bank account, a continuing debit in my PayPal account, and two people waiting for PayPal payments that I cannot make because my account is in debit. Highly frustrating. Is there a PayPal telephone number for me to call so I can speak to a human?
