The buyer purchased a number of items from me, We sent them all apart from one item (value £22).
She wanted a refund for the missing item, no problem but because of mis - communication via email this dragged on a while and the buyer opened a claim. She received the goods from me, but only one item was missing.
I provided tracking details and on the open case she clearly mentions that she only wanted refunding for one item not the full amount (£156.50)
Paypal refunded her the full amount after me supplying all the relevant details and even when the buyer wanted a partial refund of £22.
Ive since email the buyer but she is ignoring my request for the money back to me, and im not out of pocket because she has all the items except one and all the money.
What can i do? I'm trying to appeal the case but the website wont let me open the case as all the tracking details are in there - i've tried ringing PP but all i get is " go online " and fix
