@kernowlass I presume everyone knows, when on hold for CS, to put the call on speakerphone and do other tasks. I've been doing that for decades. That doesn't explain or excuse the delay. Fortunately, I have 2 phones, my Cell and my Landline. Staying on hold for the first call, I called again on my other phone and chose a different reason -- which had no relation to my problem. My call was answered in less than 3 minutes. My problem was solved in less than 3 min. **And in the meantime -- my first call was still on hold. By the time I hung up, it was 1 1/2 hrs - with no answer. Obviously, I wasn't in any real cue... the PayPal phone tree just decided my actual problem wasn't worth responding to. Not good service, PayPal. But at least I know now - pick a reason for your call that is more likely to get their attention, even if it is not the reason for the call.
