I wrongly entered my account information, by opening a business profile when it’s just a personal profile. Tried multiple ways to contact the customer support, without success since the process for support is only through the options and I can’t find mine. According to the assistance given, I am asked to go to “contact us”, then press “My Account”, followed by “Changing account type” and “downgrade my account”. Looked like a simple steps to follow, until I keep getting stuck on “my account”. I can’t find any option of “change account type” or “downgrade my account”, and I can’t even seem to mail them directly. The only options I am faced with are “how to upgrade”, etc. I’m so lost.
