hi I need to send an eBay seller additional finds to cover a higher cost of postage. for some reason their email isn't now displayed in the email from eBay or in PayPal itself. eBay won't let the seller message me with their email address in, plus its not going up in my contacts in PayPal. cn anyone help. this is a new thing as it used to let me see the email address in the PayPal receipt email..
