Hi all, I received the wrong item from the seller, and had tried multiple times to resolve this privately, but the seller was unwilling to provide their return shipping address. I escalated this dispute to a claim and received an email from PayPal giving me a weird address of Commerce California, Hong Kong, and China? I now have to return the item within a week, which is a bit short, and be expected to pay for shipping even when the website stated this would be covered if they shipped the wrong item. I've tried to ring PayPal, but only received automated messages. At this point, I don't care about paying for shipping but I don't want the seller to turn around saying they didn't receive my package (if I have been given a fake address) and not refund the total cost of my purchase. I am out of ideas, please help!
