Again, nothing but useless information. How is it that you see hundreds of the same question being asked and yet paypal can't resolve the issue? I know it's not your fault and you only trying to help but at the end of the day it didn't help at all. Paypal needs to get their issue together. It's 2018. Paypal keeps using banks for their company examples but a real bank you can login online no problem if it does get flagged one phone call fixes issue but why are the employees working for paypal so clueless about the issue and company they work for?
